Here are the ten amazing spots to savor the region’s flavors!
1. Itoh Dining by Nobu
For an upscale dining experience, Itoh Dining by Nobu is a must-visit in Hakone! This elegant restaurant combines traditional Japanese flavors with international techniques, inspired by the world-famous chef Nobu Matsuhisa.
